Area of production: Vicenza, Veneto – Italy
Soil: The soil is rich of mineral substances, thanks to its argil origin.
Harvest: At the beginning of September.
Production: 100 q.li/Ha
Vinification: White vinification and fermentation into stainless steel tanks (16-18°C) for about 10 days.
Alcohol content: 11,50 %
Acidity: 6.60 g/l – pH: 3,3
Reduced extract: 24,00 g/l
Tasting note: A wine with an intense straw yellow colour and a delicate perfume of exotic fruit and citrus. It has a soft, persistent and savoury taste of fruit and fresh flowers. It’s a very structured wine which is at its best after aging for a few moths into bottle.
Recommended pairings: It pairs very well with savoury dishes combined with creams, vegetables mousse, fresh cheeses and fish-based dishes.
Serving temperature: 10–12°C
